In 2003 I was walking home from school wearing my uniform complete with the tudung, a man on a motorbike slowly approached me while showing his penis at me. He didn't attack me though, he only passed by. Flashing incident happened another time outside our classroom window, perhaps the flasher did it just because it was a girls school.
